الشكل المقبول لتوثيق اجتماعات الجموع العامة لاتحاد الملاكين سهل و هو الاستعانة بمفوض قضائي بطلب مباشر له لمعاينة الجمع و تسجيل الحاضرين . كما هو منصوص عليه في قانون الملكية المشتركة
