السلام عليكم ، اشتغل بمحل و قمت سنة 2015 باخد سلع بضمان كمبيالات لأتاجر بها فالمحل و بعد مدة تعترت في دفع بعض الكمبيالات بسبب ديون لم يسددها لي الزبائن و الان الشركة تهددني باللجوء الى القضاء و الحجز على ممتلكاتي و الاكراه البدني علما اني لا املك اي ممتلكات وانا انسان بسيط اشتغل فقط باجرة بسيطة لم يعد لدي اي مال لاسدد للشركة باقي الكمبيالات والفواتير التي علي فهل هناك امكانية دخولي السجن علما اني لا املك اي مال لاقدمه للشركة مجرد ما املك هو كمبيالات ايضا لزبائن تعسرو فالدفع ومازلت اطالبهم بالسداد
