طلبت من صاحب محل الالمنيوم و الزجاج تسقيف بهو منزلي في السطح واتفقت معه على الثمن بعد معاينة المكان. جاء يوم الحادث بعاملين سقط أحدهما من السطح و أصيب بجروح الزمته المستشفى لشهر كامل. بعد ذلك طالباني الضحية بالتعويض على اساس المسؤولية المدنية تحت ذريعة أنه ليس من حقي تسقيف مكان عال في السطح. وذلك رغم أنني ساهمت في مصاريف العلاج.
