السلام عليكم من فضلكم أريد استشارة منكم جزاكم الله خير الجزاء. لقد وقع خلاف بيني و زوجتي حول تصميمي على الزواج عليها فرفعت دعوة طلاق شقاق بسب التعدد. هل القاضي يأخذ بهذا السبب بالرغم أنني لم أضع في المحكمة ملف طلب تعدد الزوجات. و زوجتي مصرت على الطلاق مادامت فكرة زواجي بأخرى تراودني. رجاءا هل القاضي سيأخذ بكلامها. أم الأمر يحتاج إلى ملف يؤكد طلبي للتعدد..و كيف سيحكم القاضي في هده النازلة.

ماذا لو هداك الله و صالحت زوجتك و اعدت الدفء للبيت الاسري بلم الشمل

سيسألك القاضي في جميع الاحوال في جلسة الصلح...ليتأكد من اقوالها ..

آنذاك حاول ان تقنعها انك متشبت ...
