لقد تم الحكم لصالحنا في دعوى ابتدائية و بعد صدور الحكم و تبليغه للطرف الخاسر تقدمت شخصيا بعد مرور الاجال القانوني للاستئناف بطلب لمصلحة كتاب الضبط قصد الحصول على شهادة بعدم التعرض و الاستئناف و هو ما تم بعد طول انتظار و البحث الدي قام به كاتب الضبط الدي كان ملف الدعوى عنده وبعد شهرين توصلنا باستدعاء لحضور الجلسة بمحكمة الاستئناف !!! فهل هناك تحايل من طرف موظفي مكتب الاستئناف و ختم المقال بتاريخ الدي يرغب فيه الطرف الآخر............ ؟ فلقد كنت مع كاتب الضبط و لم يجد شيأ و لا شيئ مدون بالسجل ...فكيف

تسلمك لشهادة بعدم الطعن انما تعني ان الحكم لم يتم الطعن فيه داخل الاجل القانوني و هي لا تمنع المعني بالامر بالطعن و لو خارج ...
