متى يصبح صاحب الشيك معاقب بجريمة شيك بدون رصيد ، هل عند ستلام المستفيد ورقة من البنك تفيد بأن هذا الحساب ليس فيه رصيد أم عند تقديم المستفيد شكاية لوكيل الملك ؟ السؤال الثاني هل يمكنني تقديم شكاية لوكيل الملك في مدينتي ؟ أم يجب الإنتقال إلى مدينة صاحب الشيك لتقديمها لوكيل الملك التابع لمدينته؟ السؤال الثالث في حالة ما توفي المستفيد (الحامل) للشيك ، ما حال تلك الشيكات التي لم يستخلصها بعد ، هل تنتقل إلى الورثة ، وكيف يمكن استخلاصها من البنك ؟
