سلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاته لدي صديق يكتري شقة و يؤدي سومة الكرائية لصاحبة المنزل. "المنزل يتكون من ثلاثة شقق" صاحبة المنزل ارسلت اندار الأداء للمكترين و لم ترسل لصديقي إنذار بالأداء. العقد شفوي بين صديقي و صاحبة المنزل سومة الكرائية 1000dh بالماء و الكهرباء. قامت صاحبة المنزل بقطع ماء و الكهرباء على جميع المكترين ماذا يفعل صديقي في هذه المشكلة ؟ و إذا طالبته بالسومة كرائية هل يؤديها لها مع العلم أن ماء و الكهرباء مقطوع على شقة؟
