بعد مراجعتي للمدونة العامة للضرائب حسب آخر تحيين لها (2019) لم أجد تفويت الأسهم في شركة خاضعا لضريبة الدخل أو ضريبة الأرباح كما هو الشأن بالنسبة للتفويتات العقارية.

ولكن وجدت أن المادة 127 من المدونة المذكورة ...
