ما اقصده ان عقد القسمة ابرم قبل بداية اشغال توسعة الطريق ويتضمن مساحة 850متر مربع وبعد ان تم اقتطاع 50متر مربع تقريبا اراد المالك تقديم مطلب التحفيظ وسيلاحظ المهندس عند اجراء التحديد ان مساحة العقد غير متطابقة مع الواقع بحيث نقصت المساحة بفعل اشغال التوسعة هل سيتم تجاوز هدا الامر وتحفيظ الارض. اما مسألة التعويض فالتوسعة تمت بموافقة صاحب الارض لوجه الله تعالى.
