حول ضياع بطاقة التعريف الوطنية

سلام تام وبعد تعرضت لعملية نشل في محطة الحافلات استهدفت حافضت نقودي بالاضافة الى بطاقة التعريف الوطنية البيوميترية. وبعد القيام بجولة في محيط المحطة بمعية بعض الاشخاص العاملين بها لضبط شخصين مشبوهين كانا يجولان في مكان نشلي لكن دون جدوى بحيث انهما توارى عن الانظار..بعد هذا توجهت مباشرة لمصلحة الديمومة لان الواقعة تمت يوم الاحد استقبلني موظف الامن و اعطاني موعد الغذ للالتحاق بمفوضية الامن ..هذا ما تم بحيث انهم اعطوني la declaration de perte.وقالوا لي يمكنك الان طلب بطاقة جديدة....سؤالي هو: - ما موقفي ان قام السارق بعملية مشبوهة او نصب بالبطاقة الوطنية...علما ان هناك من يفتح بهم حسابات بنكية و يطلبون بها دفتر شيكات..او يقومون بجرائم و يلقون بها في مكان الواقعة...هل الوثيقة التي مدني بها موضف الامن كافية؟؟ وشكرا

الوثيقة الني تدل على تصريحك بضياع البطاقة الوطنية كافية لابراء ذمتك في حال ارتكاب اية جريمة بتلك البطاقة
