نازلة قانونية أبرم عقد تسيير حر مع صاحب محل لبيع المأكولات الخفيفة ولمدة ست سنوات قابلة للتجديد بإرادتي بوصفي مسيرا بعد إنذاره. ولقد بادر المالك للأصل التجاري إلى تفويت العقار إلى شخص آخر، ما جعل هذا الأخير يقاضيني من أجل الإفراغ، لأنني محتل من غير سند قانوني. فهل يحق له ذلك.؟
