استاد ايمن السلام عليكم قام احد الجيران باقامة دعوى قضائية ( انتزاع عقار من حيازة الغير) ضد الشخص الدي وكلته لحراسة املاكي العقارية ( اراضي فلاحيلة غير محفضة ) فخسرها هذا الاخير ابتدائيا. سؤالي هو : هل يجوز لي ان اطلب من محكمة الاستئناف ادخالي في الدعوى القائمة بصفتي صاحب العقار( بعقد شراء) المتنازع عليه . للتذكير فان اول جلسة مقررة يوم 5 اكتوبر المقبل وشكرا
