تملك تعاونيتنا الفلاحية ارضا تستغلها لنشاط الفلاحي وتريد الحصول على شهادة ادارية للتحفيظ وفعلا وجهنا طلب الحصول على الشهادة الى المصالح الادارية المختصة الا انهم اشترطوا علينا اداء ضريبة على الاراضي الغير مبينية واخبرناهم بان هذه الارض تستغل لاغراض فلاحية ، وبالتالي معفاة من الضريبة طبقا للقانون المنظم للضرائب الخاصة بالجماعات الترابية ، لذلك نريد الحصول على شهادة الاعفاء من القسم المالي بالجماعة الترابية ما الوثائق الواجب الادلاء بها. للحصول على هذه الشهادة؟
