السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته تم اعلان عن جمع العام لتاسيس اتحاد الملاكين المشتركين كدلك تعين اعضاء المكتب يتكون من الرئيس و نائبه كاتب العام و نائبه أمين المال و نائبه و ثلاث مستشارين. بحضور اللجنة التحضرية و تسجيل الحاضرين تم تصويت لاختيار ممثلهم و مصادقة على القانون الاساسي و نظام الداخلي لكن ماهي اجراءات الادارية يتم اتباعه لحماية اتحاد الملاك او كيفية وضع المحضر و قانون اساسي لدى سلطات المحلية و محكمة الابتدائية اما اخد وصل يمكن مزولة مهام اعضاء المكتب شكرا

اولا القانون 18.00 قد تغير واصبح القانون هو 106.12 فاصبح مكتب اتحاد الملاك به شخصين فقط هما الوكيل ونائبه.................. اما ادى اردت ان يكون مكتب اتحاد الملاك قانوني يجب ان يكون لديه الوثائق الادارية ...
