السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته اساتذتي الافاضل اود ان استفسر عن الفرق بين وعد بالبيع وإشهاد بقبض عربون فبعد دفع تسبيق لفائدة الورثة المالكة لاحد الاراضي في مجلس العقد للقيام بوعد بالبيع وبعد مرور شهر تقريبا تسلمنا وثيقة بعنوان إشهاد بقبض عربون عوض وعد بالبيع هل من إفادة جزاكم الله خيرا

الله ارحم الوالدين افيدونا هل وعد بالبيع ملزم فقط للواعد ام للطرفين معا وهل وعد بالبيع مثل الوعد بالتعاقد ملزم للطرفين ؟؟؟ اما بخصوص اشهاد بقبض عربون ماذا عنه جزاكم الله على الاجابة
