انهاء عقد عمل غير محدد المدة السؤال انه الاجير يعمل بموجب عقد غير محدد المدة CDI و قد أمضي فترة 3 أشهر و يريد ان ينهي العقد و لكن لا يرغب بالاستمرار لمدة 30 يوم الفترة القانونية لانهاء العقد. هل إذا تم التراضي بين الطرفين و ان يقوم الاجير بعمل كتاب إستقالة من العمل مع ذكر تنازله عن اي حقوق او مخصصات او تعويض عن باقي العقد و انهاء العقد بشكل فوري و تحديد سبب الرغبة بإنهاء عقد العقد . و طبعا ان يتم توثيق هذا العقد بالتوقيع عليه في المقاطعة. لاننا نرغب بمعاونة الاجير و لكن لا نريد أي تبعات قانونية او منازعات أو احتساب انه تم فسخ العقد بطريقة تعسفية. و لكم جزيل الشكر
