سيدة كلفتي ان اطرح قضيتها في هذا المنبر المنير ولهذا فأرجوكم الاتبخلواعليها بنصائحكم لان خطواتها المقبلة مرتبطة بأجوبتكم لما فيها من خبرة ومصداقية.. توفي زوجها قبل خمسة اشهر وترك لها ثلاثة ابناء اكبرهم بنت عمرها 14سنة واصغرهم يبلغ 3سنوات وترك حقلا ‹‹فدان›› اشتراه مع أخيه كما ترك منزلا مشترك ايضا مع نفس الأخ كما ترك رصيدا بنكيا باسمه .. عمل كل ذلك بعرق جبينه وبمساعدة الزوجة حيث عملا منذ سنين في الضيعات الفلاحية باكادير .. وقبل اسبوع طالب اب الهالك بنصيبه ونصيب زوجته (ام الهالك)في الارث وطالب ببيع المنزل والفدان وكشف الحساب ..وذلك بشكل متسرع وهستيري كأنه يتسابق مع عمره.. ماهي الاجراءات القانونية في هذا وهل عمر الابناء له علاقة بذلك وجزاكم الله خيرا
