سلام الله عليكم . نحن اخوة. ورثنا بيتين عن والدنا المرحوم. أحد الوراث يرفض كل صيغ القسمة الحبية بيننا ويرفض نصيبا عينيا من أي عقار ومتمسك أن يأخذ نصيبه نقدا وخال من أي ضرائب. وللضغط علينا أكثر قام برفع الأمر للمحكمة التي ستباشر قريبا إجراءات البيع بالمزاد العلني سؤالي هو هل ستستجيب المحكمة لنا أن طلبنا أن يتم أولا بيع الدار الصغيرةحتي نقبض الثمن لكي نتمكن من المشاركة في مزاد الدار الكبيرة ودفع نصيب الأخ المدعي ولا نفقد الداريين مرة واحدة. وجزاكم الله خيرا علي اهتمامكم.
