الان قد استوعبتم موضوعي فعزيز الدي يدعي العقار بانه ملكه بمجرد حصوله على رسم ملكية محمد اصبح يههد شهودها بالتراجع و الا زج بهم في السجن فقرر محمد رفع دعوة جنحية ضد من سولت له نفسه بتهديد شاهد فاصبحوا متابعين من قبل النيابة العامة الفصل 373 من القانون الجنائي العقار عبارة عن دوم وحجر لا يحرت الا انه في ملك موروت محمد و تصرفه و قد سبق لعزيز ان رفع دعوة جنحية ضد محمد تفيد الشكاية بان محمد ترامى له عن ملكه عن طريق احضاره للمهندس الطبوغرافي واستعان بشاهدين الدين اكدوا في محضر الضابطة بان يترامى الى مسامعهم بان العقار في ملك عزيز ولازالت المسطرة لم تحسم و بعد ادعاء عزيز الملك في هده الدعوة الجنحية وادلى بوتائق اجنبية عن النزاع لا تتعلق بالعقار و بعد حصول محمد على رسم ملكية بدا عزيز يهدد شهودها وبدا باحضار شهود الزور لانشاء الملكية على المقاس فكيف يتعامل القضاء مع هده النازلة
