اداء ضريبة الاراضي الغير المبنية

اخبركم انني اقتنيت بقعة ارضية محفظة مساحتها 87 متر مربع من شركة العمران بمكناس مع وجود ربط بشبكة الماء والكهرباء وشبكة الصرف الصحي. حصلت على رخصة البناء ورخصة شغل الاملاك المخزنية من وجماعة وسلان بمكناس في غشت 2017 . قمت ببناء العقار لكني لم أتمم البناء بعد (بقي الجبص والسيراميك والصباغة) ولم أحصل بعد على رخصة السكن. سؤالي بعد حلول سنة 2018 هل من واجبي اداء ضريبة الاراضي الغير المبنية خلال هذه السنة، أو بامكاني التصريح بوقف الاشغال وما هو اخر أجل لذلك، هل هو فاتح مارس أو فاتح أبريل من السنة ؟ مع الشكر الجزيل.

بعد تسلم رخصة السكن الاعفاء 3 سنوات ( في حالتك فانت معي لسنوات 2018-2019-2020 ) لكن يجب عليك القيام بما يلي:
