السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاته لا أظن أن هناك قانون يسمح أو حتى يمنع من التجسس على هاتف الشريك ( الزوج أو الزوجة ) المسألة تخص المبدأ و الثقة التي بني عليها الزواج
