خفض سومة كراء محل تجاري مع التعويض

اكتري محل تجاري بسومة كراء 6000 درهم مدة تزيد عن خمس سنوات صاحب الملك امددني بمعلومات خاطئة عن المحل التجاري في العقد المبرم بيننا في المساحة الإجمالية في العقد3 8 متر مربع. وبعد الحاحنا عن plan cadastral لصاحب الملك .دائما يرفض بحجة ضياعها. وفي الأخير حصلت عليه من شخص آخر. المهم وجدت المساحة الإجمالية لا تزيد عن 62متر مربع اتضح لي ببأنه نصب علي. وجهت له إنذار أولي بتخفيض سومة الكراء افيدوني رجاءا.
