الزيادة في السومة الكرائية النسبة والمدة والعدد

يكتري والدي محل للسكن بدون عقد كراء مع العلم سكن قديم تم بناؤه في أواسط الخمسينات و وتم كراؤه من طرف والدي مايقارب 40 سنة طلب صاحب السكن الزيادة في السومة الكرائية سنة 2015 مع العلم السومة الكرائية هي 500 درهم تم إضافة 50 درهم كزيادة وبعد مرور 3 سنوات طلب 50 درهم أخرى سؤالي هل بعد مرور هذه المدة التي هي 40 سنة ونحن نقيم فيها طلب منا الزيادة وبدون محكمة و طلب أن تكون كل ثلاث سنوات بدون مدة محددة وشكرا.

بالنسبة للمحلات السكنية فان النسبة هي 8 في المائة كل ثلاث سنوات

استاذ رشيد هل أنت متأكد أن الزيادة كل ثلاث سنوات بدون تحديد ؟!
