مشكلة الكراء بدون عقد

السلام عليكم.اكتريت منزل بتاريخ 1 يناير 2018 بدون عقد كراء...وبعد 10 ايام صاحية المنزل تطالبني بالافراغ في شهر يونيو بحجة انها تريد بيع المنزل بحجة كثرة الاصلاحات المتعلقة بالكهرباء و دورة المياه..و انا لم استسغ الامر..مع العلم انني اؤدي واجب الكراء مع تسبيق شهرين و ضمانة ماء و كهرباء....لو قطنت بهذا المنزل مثلا مدة سنتين او سنتين و نصف و طالبتني بالفراغ بحجة البيع لا يوجد عندي مانع ولكن بعد 10 ايام تطالبني بالافراغ هذا غير معقول بالمرة...اريد حلا اخواني الكرام

أنت خرقت القانون بعدم إبرام عقد كتابي .

وبالتالي فإن ما يطبق على عقدكرائك هو قانون الالتزامات والعقود ...
