بسبب انتقال مفاجئ، ولأسباب مادية صرفة وجدتني مجبرا على كراء شقتي التي لم يمر على شرائها بواسطة قرض بنكي سوى سنة واحدة. فهل ينطلي عقد الكراء في هذه الحالة ضمن قانون الكراء الجديد؟ وإلى أي حد يعتبر عقد كراء عادي قانونيا؟ وما هي العقوبات المترتبة على ذلك؟
