السلام عليكم، توفى أبي منذ 10 سنوات و ترك منزلا و ارض في البادية، و أرض لزالت لم تقسم بعد مع أبناء الأعمام علما أن 2 أعمامي و 2 عماتي توفوا و لازالت 1 عمة على قيد الحياة، نحن 7 إخوة 4 ذكور و 3 إناث و زوجة أبي. أريد حقي لأنني بأمس الحاجة إليه. ماذا أفعل

من فضلك حددي أولا هل والدك كان شريكا لأعمامك شركة عقدية، كان تكون العقارات الت اليهم بالشراء مثلا ، ام انها الت اليهم بالإرث و ممن؟ هل من جدك او من جدتك او من غيرهما؟ و هل المنزل و الأرض التي في البادية أيضا مشتركة معهم ام ان والدك يختص بها لوحده؟
