توصلت بمخالفة تجاوز السرعة 67كلم/س عِوَض 60كلم/س يوم 29دجنبر 2017 و قد سجلت هذه المخالفة عن طريق رادار ثابت يوم 26 يناير 2017 و قيمتها 300 درهم س1) في ورقة المخالفة مكتوب السرعة محدودة في 10% دون تجاوز 7كلم/س أنا كنت أسير بسرعة 67كلم/س إذن لم اتجاوز السرعة المحدودة؟ س2) لنفترض أني تجاوزت السرعة المحددة يجب ان ادفع 150درهم كغرامة طبقا للقانون رقم 116.14 الصادر بالجريدة الرسمية في 11غشت2016 فما رأيكم ولمن علي اللجوء وشكرا جزيلا

القانون ينص على سرعة سماح محددة في 10 في المائة دون أن تتجاوز 7كيلومترات.

وفي حالتك 10 في المائة هي 6 كلمترات بمعنى ان السرعة القصوى المسموح بها هي 66 كلم وبالتالي تعتبر متجاوزا للسرعة.

يطرح رقم السرعة الموجب لإثبات مخالفة تجاوز السرعة إشكالات كثيرة .

تنص الفقرة 7 من المادة 195من مدونة السير .

لاتعتبر مخالفة السرعة المسجلة إذا كانت تتجاوز السرعة المسموح بها بهامش نسبته عشرة في المائة(10%) ...
