السلام عليكم ابي متوفى رحمة الله عليه تزوج عن امي بدون علمها ...وقد قال في العقد بالثانية بأنه اعزب .. وقد استمر معها لمدة تقريبا 20 عام دون علم امي بأنه متزوج بثانية.... هل العقد صحيح؟ وهل الزوجة الثانية لها الحق في الارث؟ مع العلم لها ابن من ابي؟ نحن 4 بنات و ولدين ذكور وامي؟ تقطن بمسكن منعزل عن الزوجة الثانية؟الزوجة الثانية تقول بأنها في منزل كراء..فكم ترث الزوجة الثانية وابنها وهل لها الحق في السكن مع امي؟

إذا كانت توفر على عقد صحيح فهي زوجته ولها الحق في الإرث هي وابنها.
