مرت الجلسة التانية ولم تحضر الزوجة والتي غادرت المدينة إلى وجها غير معلومة بدون علمي مند 9 10 2017 وتسلمت امها محضر من طرف العون وفي مذكرة جوابية أكد محامي امها بتحديد النفقة ابنتي في1000 درهم وقل بأن ابنتها لن تحضر إلى بوضع شروط اولا نفقتها هيا وابنتي مند خروج من البيت الزوجية في حين اني متاكد انها لا تعلم مكانها لذا اريد معرفة الخطوة المقبلة وهل ستسقط النفقة اذا لم تحضر الجلسة
