السلام. نود تأسيس اتحاد ملاك مشتركين بإقامة حوالي 200 شقة أغلبها فارغة بعد 6 سنوات من الفوضى بعد انسحاب المنعش العقاري .ماهي جميع الطرق القانونية لاستدعاء السكان للجمع العام التأسيسي علما اننا لانتوفر علي اسماء العديد من الملاك إضافة على عدم توفرنا على سيولة للبريد المضمون و لتفادي الطعن في الجمع العام التأسيسي هل هناك نصوص قانونية في الموضوع. وشكرا
