اشتريت شقة غير اقتصادية بتمويل كلي من بنك دار الصفاء للتمويلات الاسلامية و بدعم من مؤسسة محمد السادس للاعمال الاجتماعية و لكنني لاحظت وجود عبارة ممنوع التكراء طيلة مدة الرهن في شهادة الملكية المشتركةفهل العبارة قانونية رغم ان الشقة ليست اقتصادية
