السلام عليك الله اولا جزاكم الله خيرا واعانكم على فعل الخير, احد افراد العائلة يقطن خارج البلاد كان لديه مشروع مع صديق في المغرب وانفق كل ماله وحين عاد الي المغرب الشخص الذي انفق المال وقع وشهد على انه مدين في وثيقة الاعتراف بالدين والتزم بإرجاع المبلغ اقصاه 18 شهرا ولم يوفي بما التزم مند سنة 2013 ما العمل في هذه الحالة لمن عليه ان يلتجئ وماهي الاجراءات المطلوب اتباعها مع العلم انه يحتفظ ليومنا هذا بوثيقة الاعتراف بالدين وشك لكم جزيل الشكر وعظيم الامتنان على جهدكم الرائع
