سلام عليكم لدي مشكلة اخرى و مستعجلة املك شقة في السكن الاقتصادي من سنة و كريتها و الكاري مابغاش يخلص فلوس سانديك مشيت لبارح و خلصت مبلغ للاصلاحات 5 اشهر و الكاري تفق معاه السمسار اللي جابوا باش يخلص الشهرية المهم تخلق ليا مشكل و كثرات عليا الهضرة بانني مابغيتش نخلص و بزاف ديال الهضرا وكان سبق لا درت واحد التغيير في الشقة واحد الجزء كان فالصالون هو خاص بالاسلاك ديال التلفازا و البارابول ضيقتها هما مني لبارح شرحت ليهم علاش ماجتش و باني جيت نخلصهم تقيت الاصلاحات ما تستاهلش المبلغ المطلوب و كتبوا ليا رسالة تيهددوني فيها بانهم يتاخدوا الاجراء ضددي في التغيير اللي درت . و الشقة مكري عن طريق السمسار و اللي كاري تيماطل عليا في لخلاص و تنتصل بالسمسار تيكوت ليا بان مهمتوا انتهات واش صحيح هذ شي ولا الله يخليك حاول تجاوبني فاقرب وقت باش نعرف الحل اللي خاصني ندير باش نفك عليا هذ المشكل و شكرا

سلام ههه انت تتهضر على اساس نائب السانديك عادي تكول هد الهضرة علاش انا اللي نتكلف بواجبات السانديك هو اللي ساكن هو اللي تيستغل الضو الدروج و الباب ماشي انا الناس الل تنعرف في العمارة كاريين هما اللي تيخلصوا السانديك بغيت معرفة قانونية و شكرا
