السلام عليكم ورحمةالله تعالى وبراكته ...ارجوا من حضاراتكم ارشادي الى كيف اتتبع دعوى قضائية ضد الاشخاص المسؤولين عن طرح النفايات المنزلية في اعلى جبل قريب الى تجمع سكني مهم وفي ازدياد ملحوظ... المشكل الكبير هو انه اثناء حرق هذه النفايات معظم الناس يعانون من امراض الجهاز التنفسي و كذا اضرار في البيئة المجاورة .. .... ملاحظة تقدر المسافة باقل من كيلومتر واحد بين التجمع والمطرح شكرا لكم.

إذا كان مطرح النفايات مطرحا اختارته السلطة العمومية وهي من تقوم بحرق هذه النفايات وما يترتب عنه من أمراض فعليك اتباع المسطرة المنصوص عليها في القانون 11,03
