قرض استهلاكي - طرد تعسفي

نجدد لكم التحية و الشكر، كنت قد ابرمت عقد قرض استهلاكي مع احد الابناك مقسم على 60 قسط اديت منها 18 قسط بعدها اصبحت عاجز عن الاداء بحكم تعرضي لطرد تعسفي؛ سؤالي هو: هل يمكنني اللجوء الى قاض المستعجلات لاستصدار امر بوقف عقد القرض الى غاية الفصل في النزاع (الطرد التعسفي)؟ وهل المواد من 90 الى 99 من قانون المستهلك تنطبق على حالتي مع العلم اني قد قمت باعلام المشغل بموضوع القرض كما ان المشغل قد وقع على ATTESTATION DE DOMICILIATION IRREVOCABLE DE SALAIRE ؟
