السلام عليكم. من فضلكم انا في نزاع شغل مع احدى الشركات. تم طلب مهلة في الجلسة الاولى من طرف دفاع الشركة و تخلف دفاع الشركة عن الحضور في الجلسة الثانية. فاحيلت القضية للتامل. هل المقصود هنا هو المداولة و اصدار الحكم ؟؟و هل يحق المدعي عليه تقديم مدكرته قبل اجل جلسة التامل ؟؟شكرا جزيلا.
