ما حكم القانون لما يرفض الورثة أداء مصاريف إنجاز الاراثة للهالك؟ لقد قمت بتحمل جميع المصاريف الخاصة لإنجاز وتيقة عدد الموتى والاراثة وقمت بتقيدها في الرسوم العقارية وقد كلفني دالك مصاريف كتيرة ،ولما طلبت من الورثة أداء واجبهم رفضوا وقالو ان دالك لا يعنيهم.رغم أن أسماءهم قيدت بجميع الرسوم العقارية
