أملك محل تجاري وفوضت تسيره لشخص في العقد المبرم تعهد الشخص بإرجاع المحل متى شئت بدون تأخر ولا تعويض يمتنع الشخص عن ارجاع المحل و يطالبني بتعويض هل له الحق في التعويض عن المدة التي سير فيها المحل و إدا رفعت دعوة دعوة لإرجاع المحل هل الدعوة تأخد وقتا طويلا و شكرا
