طريقة قسمة منزل بين أبناء العم

السلام عليكم أريد أن أستفسر عن منزل مكون من تلاث طوابق ،ورثناه عن عمنا بعد وفاته .هو لم يكن يملك لا أبناء ولا زوجة ،الورثة الشرعيون هم أخويه أي (والدنا وعمنا) وقد توفيا هذين الأخيرين بدورهما فأصبح الورثة الشرعيين هم أنا وأخي من جهة وأبناء عمي من جهة أخرى مع أن عدد أبناء عمي هم كثر 7 أبناء وأنا وأخي اثنين فقط. الإستفسار هو هل المنزل سيقسم على اثنين أم على عدد الأبناء
