السلام عليكم استاذي رجاءا سؤال بخصوص موضوع الكراء المدني يتعلق بتوصل اتنذار بالادار وتبين ان الانذار لا يتضمن عنوان المكري و الاكتفاء بتدوين محل المخابرة معهم مكتب المحامي مما جعلني لا اعرض عليهم السومة الكرائية الان توصلت بمقال يرمي الى الاداء و الافراغ هل انا في حالة تماطل وما مدى صحة الانذار هل يمكن المنازعة فيه الان
