السلام عليكم مستجد في الموضوع شكرا على الأجابة بعد تفقدي للوكالة وجدت وريثين غير موجودين فيها ؟ هل يستمر في الأداء ام يمتنع ام ماذا؟ شكرا على هذا المنبر الممتاز سؤالي ابي اشترى محل تجاري مند 1995 و كان يؤدي واجبات الكراء بانتظام لصالح المالك وعند وفاتة 2010 اصبح يؤدي لأحد الورثة بوكالة الواجبات (الكراء) في البنك مؤخرا جاء وريث اخر يخبره انه عزل الوكالة. ماذا يفعل الوالد هل يستمر في اداء الواجبات الكرائية للشخص الأول ام يوقف الاداء وماهي الإجراءات اللازمة القيام بها في جميع الحالات وخاصة انهم 8 ورثة معظمهم في الخارج ولايعرف عناوينهم وشكرا
