السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته. طيب سؤالي هو:اخ زوجي محكوم بثلاث سنوات(جناية الاشادة بالارهاب )وهو مريض بمرض الفصام ( السكيزوفرينيا )، هل اذا عرض على المحكمة شهادة طبية تدلي بمرضه أن تنفعه في تخفيف الحكم مثلا!!!!!!؟؟؟؟ وجزاكم الله خيرا.
