ان ما قيد بالرسم العقاري لم يكن قبل تاسيسه ولا بعد تاسيسه بل ان التقيد والتحفيظ انجز في يوم واحد وساعة واحدة واشهد المحافظ ان الحقوق العينية صرح بها بموجب وثائق طلاب التحفيظ وبحضور ممثل الاوقاف كما تم تاكيده من طرف طالبي التحفيظ
للاشارة لاعتقادنا انذاك بصحة الوقف لم نتعرض عليه
كنت أتمنى أن يكون ذلك تقييدا لاحقا لتأسيس الرسم العقاري حتى يمكن إخضاعه لما تخضع له التقييدات اللاحقة بالرسم العقاري من تشطيبات وتصحيحات.
