السلام عليكم.
طليقي انسان عدواني وعنيف وغير سوي نفسيا .. قام بشتمي وسبي وتهديدي وابتزازي بعد الطلاق مما اثر على نفسيتي وهو الان متابع بتهمة الابتزاز والتهديد بارتكاب جناية . يريد زيارة طفلتنا بدون حضور مفوض قضائي وانا اخشى على ابنتي وعلى نفسي منه واشترط عليه حضور مفوض قضائي .
هل هذا أمر قانوني؟ وهل من حقي تنفيذ حكم الزيارة الا بوجود مفوض قضائي؟ وهل هناك احتمالية ان يرفع علي دعوى الامتناع عن الزيارة ؟ ومن يتحمل مصاريف المفوض ؟

تنفيذ حكم الزيارة يكون مرة واحدة بواسطة مفوض قضائي ويشترط مواصلة التنفيذ.
