اريد شراء شقة لاكن بقطن فيها مكتري
وقال لي صاحب المحل انه عندما نوقع العقد سيسلم لي مفتاح الشقة
س: عندما يسلم لي المفتاح الشقة ما ضمانة ان ذلك المفتاح انه صحيح و ما ضمانة المكتري سوف يفرغ من الشقة
و هل هناك قانون يحمي شراء فيه مكتري
