اذا كان لك عقد موثق في المقاطعة و صل موثق كذلك في المقاطعة فانهما يكفيان. حدث معي ان كنت مكتربة بدون عقد او وصل. قمت بطلب شهادة السكنى الى الخليفة و امر باجراء تحقيق للتاكد انني اسكن بالمكان المعني. وفعلا قام المقدم بالبحث وتسلمت شهادة السكنى. هناك دائما حل قانوني. بالتوفيق
