اريد ان اكري محل تجاري الى انني تفاجئت عند القيام بالعقد ان احد الورثة غير متواجد و عند الاستفسار قالو لي انه متواجد خارج الوطن لمدةتزيد على 3 سنوات
هل عند اكترائي لهدا المحل رغم غياب احد الورثة هل سيبقى جاري المفعول رغم عظم حضور احد الورثة
وهل عند قيامي باجراءات استخراج السجل التجاري هل لايوجد مشكل و شكرا
لا حرج عليك ، لان الكراء من أعمال الإدارة ......
