سلام عليکم انا اشتريت اصل تجاري لبيع اتات المنزلية ويشمل عقد الکراء التجارة تحت اي شکل قانوني ۔لدي انظار مباشر من مالک الاصل التجاري الى صاحب المحل ۔ولدي تصريح بحوالة الحق والابراء الضريبي ۔انا الان اريد تغير النشاط التجاري لبيع الملابس الجاهزة ۔هل لدي الحق في ذلک ۔واذا اردت البيع الاصل التجاري هل يمکنني بيعه قبل مرور سنتين

المرجو عدم خلط الأوراق في موضوع ما، فالسائل طرح سؤالا محددا يتعلق بإمكانية تغيير النشاط التجاري من بيع الأثات المنزلية (ameublement) الى بيع الملابس الجاهزة (vêtements prêt à porter)، فكان الجواب دقيقا في الفقرة الأولى.
أما كونه متماطلا في أداء المستحقات الكرائية فالأمر هنا يتعلق بموضوع آخر يستحق التدقيق في حيثياته.
