حكمت المحكمة الابتدائية بمبلغ نفقة 1000 درهم شهريا للزوجة و 800 درهم للابن اضافة الى توسعة الاعياد 2000 درهم ليكون المجموع حوالي 4 مليون دفعتها اليها بعد التنفيذ علما انني موظف بسيط الاجر لايتعدى الراتب 3500 درهم نظرا لوجود قروض عند البنك.قمت باستئناف القضية في محكمة الاستئناف.واش كاين شي امل ان تحكم المحكمة بنقص مبلغ مهم عن مبلغ الحكم الابتدائي.جزاكم الله خيرا
