انا طلبت طلاق الشقاق المهم اثناء المداولة حكمت المحكمة علي بمبلغ مالي قدره 25000درهم بين المتعة و سكن العدة و موخر الصداق واعطتنا القاضي موعد اخر للجلسة لكي اوذي تلك الاموال و فعلا وضعتها في صندوق و عند وصول موعد الجلسة حكم القاضي بمداولة اخرى حدد لها تاريخ اخر في شهر فبراير.تساولي هو لماذا لم يحكم بطلاق او حكم قطعي علما اني اديت ما حكم علي به? ام الجلسة القادمة للحكم نهائيا?

تسمى ب تمديد النطق بالحكم الى جلسة اخرى
يتوفر القاضي على هذه الصلاحية
لكن هناك ملفات لا تطبق فيها هذه الطريقة حيث يحكم مباشرة بحكم قطعي و نهائي دون حاجة لمداولة اخرى
نعم الأصل هو ما ذكرت لكن يحدث ان يطلب القاضي تمديد الحكم
